Fiera Milano - Rho
Eight huge pavilions with a gross surface area of 345,000 sq m for indoor exhibitions and 60,000 sq m for outdoor exhibitions. 14,000 parking spaces and Milan underground, which carries visitors right into the complex. This is fieramilano, the brand new large-scale exhibition centre that ranks at the top of the international trade fair sector in terms of size, functional features and building quality.
How to get there :
By train:
you have to reach the near Canzo Ferrovie Nord Station (less than 1 km far from Hotel Volta). Here you have to take the train and go until Milano Cadorna Station (about 1h:20'), that is located in the centre of Milan and is near to the Duomo, the Scala ed the Castello Sforzesco. From Cadorna station you can easily reach the exhibition complex by taking Metro Line 1 (Rho - Fiera stop).
By car:
on the A8-A9 motorways towards Milan: at the Milano Nord junction take the A4 Venezia and come off at the Fiera Milano exit. |
Fiera MilanoCity
Eleven modern pavilions with a total gross covered floor space of 115,000 sq.m located in the heart of the city: this is fieramilanocity, the exhibition complex that continues operating in Milan following the opening of the new exhibition complex at Rho.
How to get there :
By train:
you have to reach the near Canzo Ferrovie Nord Station (less than 1 km far from Hotel Volta). Here you have to take the train and go until Milano Domodossola Fiera stop (1h:15' circa). From here you can reach by foot the exhibition complex or you can go on by train until Milano Cadorna Station, that is located in the centre of Milan and is near to the Duomo, the Scala ed the Castello Sforzesco. From Cadorna station you can easily reach the exhibition complex by taking Metro Line 1 (Amendolaa-fieramilanocity or Lotto-fieramilanocity stops).
By car:
From the Tangenziali (by-pass roads), follow the signs that lead you to the large car parks at the Cascina Gobba, Famagosta, Bisceglie, Lampugnano, San Donato and Molino Dorino underground stations. From here you can easily reach the exhibition complex by taking Metro Line 1 (Amendola-fieramilanocity or Lotto-fieramilanocity stops).
